Account & Settings

Manage your account, view usage, upgrade your plan, and configure settings.

Accessing Settings

To access your account settings, click on "Settings" in the header menu. The settings page provides access to all account management features.

Settings Sections:

  • Usage: View your current usage, limits, and processing history
  • Account: Manage your account information and preferences
  • Billing: Access billing information and the Stripe Customer Portal

Viewing Usage

The Usage section shows detailed information about your account usage and limits.

Usage Information:

  • Current Plan: Your active subscription plan
  • Hours Used: Total hours processed in the current billing period
  • Hours Remaining: Hours available in your plan
  • Storage Used: Total storage space used for your files
  • Processing History: List of all processed files with details

Billing Period: Usage is calculated based on your subscription's billing period. Limits reset at the start of each new billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, providing a secure interface for managing your account.

How to Access Customer Portal:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click "Manage Billing" or "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be securely redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
  4. From there you can:
    • Update payment methods
    • Change your subscription plan
    • View billing history and download invoices
    • Cancel your subscription
    • Update billing address and contact information

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your plan, navigate to the Pricing page and select a plan that meets your needs.

Upgrade Process:

  1. Go to the Pricing page from the header menu
  2. Review available plans and their features
  3. Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan
  4. Complete payment through Stripe
  5. Your new plan will be activated immediately

Note: If you already have an active subscription, clicking "Subscribe" will take you to the Customer Portal where you can manage your existing subscription.
