Syncpoly offers multiple download formats, each suited for different use cases:

PDF (.pdf)

PDF format is perfect for:

Word Document (.docx)

How to Download

Download Steps:

  1. Open your transcript page
  2. Click the "Download" button in the top-right corner
  3. Select your preferred format from the dropdown menu:
    • PDF (.pdf) - Professional documents
    • Word (.docx) - Editable documents
    • WebVTT (.vtt) - Video subtitles
    • SRT (.srt) - Video subtitles
    • Plain Text (.txt) - Simple text

  4. The file will download to your default download location
