Flexible Subscription Management
We believe in giving you complete control over your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
If you're on a free trial, you can cancel it at any time before it ends. There are no penalties or fees for canceling your trial, and you won't be charged when the trial period ends.
Need more features or transcription hours? You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features, and we'll prorate the billing so you only pay for what you use.
How Our Features Work
Transcription Hours
Each plan includes a specific number of transcription hours per billing period (monthly or yearly). These hours are used when you upload audio or video files for transcription. The hours reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Transcript Generation
Available on all plans, this feature converts your audio and video files into accurate text transcripts. Our AI technology adds timestamps and handles multiple languages.
What you get: High-accuracy transcripts with timestamps and support for 100+ languages. Export in multiple formats including PDF, DOCX, SRT, VTT, CSV, JSON, or TXT.
Translation
Translate your transcripts into multiple languages. This feature is currently in beta, which means accuracy may vary depending on the language pair and content complexity.
What you get: Translate transcripts into various languages to help you understand content in your preferred language. Available on all plans.
Chat Functionality
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans, the AI Study Assistant lets you discuss your content through a chat interface. Ask questions about the content, clarify concepts, get explanations, test your understanding by asking the chat to create questions, request tasks, and have meaningful discussions about your content.
What you get: An intelligent chat assistant that understands your transcript content and can answer questions, provide summaries, explain concepts, test your understanding by creating questions about what was discussed, extract tasks when requested, and help you through conversation.
Mention Search
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans, this powerful search feature lets you find specific words, phrases, or topics mentioned anywhere in your transcripts. Quickly locate important information across all your uploaded content.
What you get: Fast, accurate search across all your transcripts. Find mentions of specific topics, keywords, or phrases instantly, making it easy to review and study important content.
Test Your Understanding with Questions
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans, you can test your understanding by asking the chat to create questions about what was discussed. The chat can create questions to help you review key concepts and test your comprehension of the content.
What you get: Ask the chat to create questions in various formats including multiple-choice, true/false, and short-answer questions. The chat tests your understanding by creating questions based on what was discussed in your content. All done through conversation.
Request Tasks from Chat
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans, you can request tasks and action items from the AI chat interface. Simply ask the AI to extract actionable tasks, next steps, and important notes from your transcripts. Turn your content into organized action items that can be linked to Google Calendar.
What you get: Request tasks and action items through chat, which the AI extracts from your transcripts. Organize your work and never miss important follow-ups or deadlines. Tasks can be exported and linked to Google Calendar for seamless scheduling.

We're committed to continuously improving Syncpoly and adding new features based on your feedback. As a subscriber, you'll automatically receive access to new features and improvements as we release them.
Our development team is constantly working on enhancements to transcription accuracy, new AI capabilities, improved user experience, and additional export formats. We regularly update the platform with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

Pricing Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Stripe. All payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan's transcription hours, you'll be notified and can upgrade your plan or wait until your next billing cycle. We'll never charge you unexpectedly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all features until then.
All plans include secure data storage, regular backups, and access to our support team. Your transcripts and files are encrypted and protected with industry-standard security practices.
