  • Try refreshing the page and uploading again
  • Verify the file isn't corrupted - try opening it locally first
  • Check if the file size is within your plan's limits
  • Try uploading a smaller test file to verify connectivity

File Format Not Supported

Problem: File format error when uploading.

Solutions:

  • Verify the file format is supported (MP3, WAV, MP4)
  • Convert the file to a supported format if needed
  • For video URLs, ensure the platform is supported

Processing Issues

Processing Takes Too Long

Problem: Processing seems stuck or taking longer than expected.

Solutions:

  • Check the file duration - processing time is proportional to audio length
  • Verify the upload completed successfully
  • Long files (60+ minutes) can take 30-60 minutes to process
  • If processing has been stuck for over an hour, refresh and check status

Processing Failed

Problem: Processing completes but shows an error.

Solutions:

  • Check the error message for specific details
  • Try uploading the file again
  • Verify the file isn't corrupted
  • Check if audio quality is sufficient

Feature Issues

Chat Not Working

Problem: Chat interface doesn't respond or shows errors.

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Check your internet connection

Download Not Working

Problem: Download button doesn't work or file doesn't download.

Solutions:

  • Check if the transcript has finished processing
