Best Use Cases: Breakdowns are perfect for meeting notes, interviews, lectures, podcasts, and any content where you need structured insights and actionable items.
Managing Usage and Limits
Monitor your usage, understand your plan limits, and track your processing history in the Settings page.
Accessing Usage Information:
- Go to Settings - Click on Settings in the header menu or profile dropdown
- Navigate to Usage section - Scroll to the "Usage" section on the Settings page
- View your statistics - See:
- Current plan and hourly limit
- Hours used this period
- Hours remaining
- Storage usage
- Processing history
Understanding Your Limits:
- Monthly Hours: Your plan includes a certain number of hours per billing period. Usage is calculated based on the duration of audio processed, not file size.
- Storage: Total storage used by all your uploaded files. Each file's size is displayed in the processing history.
- Processing History: A chronological list of all your uploads with details like filename, duration, date, and status.
Important: If you approach or exceed your limits, you'll be notified and can upgrade your plan. The system prevents uploads that would exceed your plan's limits to avoid wasted processing time.
Organizing Your Transcripts
Your transcripts are organized chronologically and can be easily accessed from the transcripts page.
Transcripts List Features:
- Chronological Order: Transcripts are listed with the most recent first
- File Information: Each transcript shows the filename, duration, and upload date
- Pagination: Use "Load More" to see additional transcripts if you have many files
- Quick Access: Click any transcript to open it and start working with it
Tip: You can search for specific transcripts by filename or use the processing history in Settings to find transcripts by date or duration.
